Confirmation of residence

If you have your own or rented housing in Slovakia, the package of documents must be accompanied by an extract from the real estate registry SR or rental agreement. If you do not have such a possibility, our company will help to arrange registration with official confirmation from the owner of the property. The cost of registration of registration is negotiable.

Confirmation of the availability of funds to conduct business in the territory of Slovakia.

The minimum account balance of your Slovak company on the day of issuing the certificate from the bank must be at least 24,000 euros. In order to obtain such a certificate, our company, if necessary, provides a short-term interest-free loan of 24,000 euros (provided that our representative acts as a nominee director).

Certificate of no criminal record

It is mandatory to provide a certificate of no criminal record with an apostille from the country of citizenship. If the applicant has lived in any other country for more than 6 months per year in the past 3 years, a certificate of no criminal record from that country will also be required.

Confirmation of financial support

As such confirmation it is sufficient to provide a certificate from the bank about the balance
of funds in your personal account. The minimum balance on the day of issuance of such a certificate must be at least 3,000 euros. The certificate must confirm not only the account balance, but also the turnover for the last 3 months.
